This hotel is ideally located on a direct metro line to a famous attraction which can be reached in under twenty minutes. It’s very convenient as there’s a metro station opposite this place. I really enjoyed staying here because the bell staff, porter and valet parking service made it even more luxurious. The room amenities such as the ironing facilities, dressing area, dining table and Wi-Fi in rooms were excellent. The staff were always friendly and helpful which made me feel special.

The breakfast offered a good variety of food options and the bed in the room was comfortable. The hotel's location was key, as it was well connected to the city center via metro and there was a big shopping mall just a short walk away. Additionally, the hotel rooms were clean, nicely equipped, and spacious.

There were a few aspects that could be improved. The room temperature and the hotel in general were too cold, even when the thermostat was set to the highest temperature.

I had a fantastic stay at Novotel. The location was perfect, with a big shopping center and multiple metro stations nearby. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially when one of them went out of their way to help us find the right railway station. The hotel is new and comfortable, and I loved the breakfast buffet - it was truly amazing. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Moscow.

One specific highlight was the excellent service from Evrik at the front desk. He went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable and even waved his "magical wand" to help us with additional requests. I had a good time at Novotel and would recommend it to others.
